Our Trade Union Rules

Everyone who wears an ID card
must wear a uniform
Do not drive after
drinking alcohol
If you do not pay for three consecutive months,
your membership number will be deleted.

Welfare Schemes & Benefits

  • For children studying from 6th to 9th standard (for each academic year) -1,000/-
  • For children studying in 10th standard (only for girls) 1,000/-
  • For children studying in 11th standard (only for girls) 1,000/-
  • For 12th standard pass 1,500/-
  • For technical postgraduate studies 6,000/- V
  • For studying in a hostel – 8,000/-
  • For studying in an I.T.I. (or) Polytechnic hostel – 3,000/-
  • For marriage (only twice per family for marriage of a worker (or) son/daughter)-(Male) -3,000/-. (Female) -5,000/-
  • Maternity (for registered female workers for the first two children only) Abortion/Miscarriage-18,000/- 3,000/-
  • Eyeglasses -750/-
  • Pension 1,200/-
  • Monthly disability pension – 1,000/-
  • Accidental death and funeral (for the nominee 2,05,000/-
  • Accidental disability (depending on the nature of the disability) – up to 1,00,000/-
  • Natural death and funeral (for the nominee) -55,000/-
  • Subsidy for women to buy an auto – 1,00,000/-
  • Incentive to participate in national sports competitions 25,000/-
  • Incentive to participate in international sports competitions 30,000/-
  • If a driver does not have his own land and does not have a house, a subsidy of 5,00,000/-
  • If the driver does not have his own place, our association will help to buy 3 cents and 1 ground for it.
  • Formal graduation and studying in a hostel – 4,000/-
  • Formal graduation – 4,000/-
  • Formal graduation and studying in a hostel 5,000/-
  • Technical graduation – 4,000/-
  • Technical graduation such as law, engineering, medicine, veterinary medicine and studying in a hostel 6,000/-
  • Association regulations Death in an accident 20,00,000 lakhs
  • OPD for medical expenses in an accident 30,000
  • Permanent Total Disability 20.00.000 Lakhs
  • Permanent Partial Disability 20.00.000 Lakhs
  • Accidental Disability and Dislocation 10,00,000 Lakhs
  • Accidental Medical Expenses IPT Insurance Limit 60,000
  • Educational Benefits 10% of SI or 1,00,000
  • Maximum 2 eligible children, Hospital per diem at the rate of Rs. 1000 per day for 10 days (one day will be deducted)
  • Family Transport Benefits 25,000 or actual, whichever is less, Funeral Allowance 5000 rupees,
  • If a person travelling as a member of our association dies due to an accident, his body will be brought from Kashmir to Kanyakumari free of cost.
  • Rs. 1,30,000 will be given to the driver’s family.
  • For studying in 12th standard (for girls only)-1,500/-
  • For passing 10th standard -1,000/-
